The room was upgraded upon arrival. The bed felt comfortable with high quality bed linen. The hotel has a good location near tube and bus stop.
The shower didn't get hot enough. I had to turn the bath cold water on to get a better temperature.

helpful staff efficient service restful experience
the staff was helpful, assisting with taxis without delay. the breakfast dining room was efficient, and i found the service prompt. my room offered a restful experience, ensuring i felt secure during my travels alone.
the water taps delivered only hot water, limiting the ability to wash or shower comfortably. the kettle could not be filled easily.

Really good service and cozy atmosphere
ornate furniture double vanity lovely breakfast
I felt grateful for the upgrade to a junior suite upon my arrival. The room had high ceilings and ornate furniture. A double vanity and a beautiful shower and tub added to the experience. Fully equipped rooms and a lovely breakfast each morning.

The hotel is close to many interesting places. I walked to the London Oratory church on Brompton road. It is well worth a visit. The hotel is also a short walk to the Royal ALBERT hall.

Breakfast was delicious and served with a smile each morning. The food tasted better because of that. I appreciated the complimentary snacks and water provided. The staff delivered a plate of fresh fruit and a personal note.

My room was cosy and well equipped. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. All amenities functioned PERFECTLY. The shower had great water pressure and cookies were a good touch. Plus, the hotel lent me adapters as i forgot mine.
